  • I have lived in scarborough my entire life. I have followed this mac store around the mall and back. I stopped going there last year as my favourite makeup artist was not there so I chose to go to a different more inconvenient location but she was so talented that I had to follow her. Since im back in scarborough, I decided to go back to this mac about 3 months ago. What a difference. The store is super clean there is an amazing good energy in it. I go into mac 3 to 4 times a week since my favouite artist joanne (jojo) ask for her shes amazing is back there !! They are so helpful I see them address every single person that walks in. There is an artist there named josh he is always positive and upbeat. But Joanne makes the store go round. People coming into mac often dont know about the products and need to learn what suits them and I find that joanne is always always helping others understand the products she has such a great energy about her and you can tell the staff around her follow her lead. Energy is contagious i hated the way this mac was when she left so they lost my business. I am a model i go in for makeup applications 4 times a week. I wouldnt go to another mac at this point. good energy, good products, great service. In such a competitive market its important to have that personal touch that makes the difference. YAAY go to this mac !!!!!
