  • They canceled my appointment without even telling me and scheduled someone else then when we called and spoke to a manager she said she called and left a voicemail but no where in the voicemail did she say she was canceling but honesty I really don't care found my perfect dress somewhere else but maybe you should tell people that if they don't confirm their appointment it will be canceled. And the receptionist is rude
