  • My mother went to one of her once favorite fabric stores that she loves to refer others to and was kicked out because she refused to pay for a yard of DAMAGED fabric. The fabric didn't look or feel like the original sample and thus she was not able to use it. The store owner didn't even allow her to say anything or find out that she had 3 other purchases about to be made, and instead yelled at her "get out of the store and never come back". My mother has brought many customers to him in the past, but lets just just say it wasn't worth the ride over to be shouted at in that disrespectful manner and she will not be returning. To clarify, it was not the people who worked at the store, but the owner himself who had awful customer service!
