  • The WORST experience of any clinic I have ever been to. Anytime you call, the people are A-HOLES on the phone. They cut you off. They are too busy. They don't listen. They even condescended enough to tell me that would lose my doctor because I had to cancel on 24 hours notice because of a huge snowstorm! The reception message tells you that the phone lines are open- but if you call during lunch, it says WE ARE CLOSED NOW - without telling you the hours to call. And should you ever happen upon someone and try to explain this calmly, they will cut you off, rag you out, treat you like a 3 year old, then hang up. I'm a patient and reasonable person and expected a lot more- or at least to be treated with respect. Not the case at this clinic- on every occasion. The Google reviews would seem do agree whole heartedly, too. Seriously. F@$@ you, Clinique le Plateau.
