  • I can't say enough bad things about the Az Dept of Education. It's like they don't want teachers to become certified. The process and requirements are so ridiculous it's no wonder there's a shortage of teachers. And they definitely don't want teachers over 40! If you're young and TFA they'll love you and work you into the ground for cheap then push you out and rehire for cheaper cost. It's one of the most inefficient departments and I'm waiting for a massive age discrimination lawsuit from teachers.
