  • Screw these guys. It took them a week and a half to fix my laptop, but they lost my battery. I took my laptop as-is since I desperately needed it for work while they continued to look for my battery...which was never found. So, they ordered a battery and at the end of nearly 3 weeks and countless reassurances from them that it would arrive "in a day or two", things got worse! My laptop literally fell apart in my hands...panel came loose and the hard drive fell out--they didn't even attach the panel correctly. I take it in to pick up my battery and get it fixed again, and while there the guy does not even answer me when I asked if the batter has arrived--he just ignored me. So he goes to fix it again and screw the panel back on, returns from the back room. And the panel falls off again. I will be cancelling my charge as I did not have a fully-functioning laptop for over a month and it's still not fixed. They are absolutely an unorganized business (see pictures), and shame on them for lying and doing shoddy work.
