  • My wife and I recently purchased a new home (to us) which the previous owners had neglected to maintain the home. The travertine was dull, scratched, and even cracked in some areas. I contacted Shannon (the owner) and she went the "extra mile" to help us out on the timeline to when we needed the floor taken care of. Thank you again Shannon for making this happen. The end results? AMAZING! The difference between 12 year old neglected tile to what Shannon and her team were able to accomplish, seriously made me say "WOW!" when I walked in the door. I didn't think the floors could look so good. They were able to fill some of the cracks and smooth over some scratches. Some of the tile due to neglect will need to be replaced at some point. The team spent most of the day working on the floors... the pricing was competitive but the extra effort they put in to make the floors shine... priceless. Overall... I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again or refer them to others. Thanks again Shannon and team... wonderful job!!!
