This was my first time eating at Chima's. I experienced several Brazilian steak houses outside of Charlotte. In a nut shell the interior, table settings & bar/lounge area was warm and inviting. The wait staff and restaurant manager was attentive.
Now let's talk food. My meat favs were the beef short ribs, filet mignon and the salmon. 2nd place was the lamb. Surprised they did not have any chicken without any pork. There were a couple of meats that were a tad dry which was anything steak. The sides that were for the table (cheese bread-good, mashed potatoes- over whipped & runney, plantains-good, meat cheese balls-ok). The salad bar had descents veggies and salads. Nothing to brag about. We weren't offered any dessert. Didn't know they had any until I read other customer reviews.
Total for dinner per person w/ no tip $63. Question is would I go back, maybe.
