  • I see that this florist has mixed reviews on Yelp, but my experience as a recipient of a birthday delivery was positive. The sender used an online flower service. The first delivery came from another florist in Charlotte and was not acceptable- it was a flowering plant but the blooms were droopy, the leaves were damaged and it was not a very full looking, pretty plant. When I notified the sender, she complained to the online company and they sent a replacement through Jack's. It was the same kind of plant, a Kalanchoe, but a fuller plant with perkier blooms, healthy looking leaves and well watered. It is a simple plant, nothing fancy, but it arrived in good condition and was nicely presented.
