  • I have been a member for 1 yr. I went to a branch today to withdraw from my account and found out they DONT HAVE ANY TELLERS ANYMORE. I had to stand in front of a ATM and talk to a tell on a video screen!! No more customer service. I will close all my accounts and go to America first credit Union, at least I can talk to a living person in person there. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
