  • Worst customer service experience EVER!!! Went in for a blow out and 2 out of the 8 stylist did not know/want to do it. Also, the person who checked me in tried to tell me it was going to be $80 bucks!!! I have been before and Amanda has done my hair for $37 but today it was $80. She called the "manager" over who explained what a "formal" hairstyle was. I get it lady, maybe your stylist need a lesson. The people were just so rude to me that one man with his family even approached me and said how unacceptable their behavior was. To top it off. The one guy that finally did my hair sprayed my hair with a soy product. I'm allergic to soy and he washed it out but I have had a rash since that day. Who turns down a $30 blowout for a $7 haircut? The "stylist" at great clips. Worst place ever. No Customer service. No ownership. No accountability. No empathy. No common sense
