I would like to preface this review by saying that my husband and I enjoy fine dining. In the last two evenings in Vegas we have eaten at Sinatra and Vic and Anthony's. Both amazing places. The reason I am only giving this place two stars is because I compare it to those fine dining establishments that we ate at previously. For high end dining it was not very good this place is extremely expensive. The wine by the glass list is priced at least 30% higher than wine by the glass at other high-end restaurants. We started with the foi gras appetizer as I love this dish and order it at any restaurant when available. We were very disappointed and were unable to even finish it it was so unappetizing. The slab of foi gras was too thick and extremely slimy. I expect it to be slimy this was excessive. Our waiter was odd. He was not helpful and he lurked around the table not saying anything. Husband ordered fillet. I ordered the sea bass. Neither were very tasty. We ended up only eating half of our meal and then leaving. We've eaten at a lot of high-end steakhouse is with different types of ambience. The ambience in this restaurant is strange. Save your money. There are way better restaurants in Vegas at lower price points delivering better food
