  • I contacted Paradise Tile and Natural Stone because I wanted to upgrade 20 year old Formica countertops to granite. I saw many great Yelp reviews and decided to contact them through the app. The owner, Cosimo, contacted me very quickly. We set up an appointment and Cosimo came by for an estimate. He made great suggestions about enlarging the size of our kitchen island and provided guidance regarding edge choices. He also discussed the pros and cons of granite versus Quartz. After spending as much time as we needed to feel comfortable, we decided to move forward. His installation timetable was impeccable. Most importantly, the installation went great and the new countertops look amazing. What makes Cosimo different from other contractors I have dealt with? First and foremost, although this was a very small job, Cosimo treated us like extremely valuable clients. Secondly, he is responsive. He always returned my calls quickly. I can be sure that when the time comes for me to replace the flooring in my home, I'm going to call Cosimo.
