  • Order #2247. 09/02/17. 5:40pm. Unique code 273 009 200 020 010 689 74. Poor service. Slow. Long wait...25 minutes. Gave order and server walked away and came back and I needed to say the order again. Had to ask for more rice 3 times. Then the server put the lid on before I was finished and server had to take lid off to add lettuce. No one seemed in control of the line. No sense of urgency. I've been to Chipotle in Twinsburg Ohio, and the service is impeccable. Not here.
