  • Absolute worst customer service! After years I will no longer buy from this retailer. They refused to take back a blouse I bought that was sold to me with a hole in it. Still had the tag with the blouse. This is what they call customer service. So very sad. I have bought thousands of dollars from this retailer every year and they wouldn't even give me an in store credit. Despicable!!! So long White House!
