RUN...RUN....
I purchased a new sonata from here. Salesman Leo was very good and too bad he has no support. Upon pickup small scratch..no problem they tell me to bring it back in to buff out,great will do. About 10 days later I bring back as they also forgot my vehicle book no biggie. Oh and as I was getting to know my NEW car I discover the clock needs to be set. No biggie. That's when I discover missing book. Well,I let salesman know and he says no problem he will set. Ok so I am here and salesman never saw anything like clock issue so he sends me to shop for this easy fix. Shop intake man says no problem then ends up calling shop manager to address. Well no one can fix so I leave my NEW car at shop and await tommorows call with plan.I request a loaner and am DENIED. No call so I call. They tell me entire radio needs to be replaced and that will do it. Radio is on order so will call me when done. 2 days later I call and am informed that this did not remedy. I contact GM Carlos and inform as to situation.He then says they have calls into the engineers to get remedy but they have NOT called them back.I again request loaner from GM and am denied.He requests I give him another week til this next Friday and guarantees it will be handled to my satisfaction.
Get this I hear NOTHING from him I call on Thursday late afternoon and leave message. I then call again on Friday at which I propose get me same or better NEW car as is what I bought. He DENIES. Guess what we end up rescinding my purchase contract as he can't handle simple clock repair.
No Customer Service. No training. Unable to fix their own product. A CLOCK.....RUN RUN
