We went to Jimmy Woo's on a Sunday night and it was kind of quiet as we sat at one of the tables facing the cooks.
The food was ok, however we ordered sushi and it was supposed to come with avocado in the roll. We asked the waitress where the avocado was and there was none. She got a new one made which was nice, however it took 20 minutes after we were done with our other entrees we just sat there and waited for it. While we were waiting, the cooks were yelling profanity throughout the kitchen thinking they were funny, it was obvious there was no manager around. Finally, the sushi roll came out and there was no apology or anything in fact it was still missing the avocado. I asked the waitress if this new one even had avocado and she said "it should, maybe you just can't see it." and then walked off. We had already been there for so long and waiting for this roll, we weren't even hungry anymore and I didn't want to be at the restaurant any longer so we let her think it was ok. I was examining the bill, as the waitress said "is something wrong with it?" in a rude voice. I work at a restaurant and for customers, we would have taken that item off of the bill since it came out wrong twice and had a sense of urgency to get the new roll out and double check that everything was ok AND of course send a manager over to talk to the guests.
Overall, it was absolutely terrible service and we won't be going back.
