  • I recently checked in to this hotel i celebrated my birthday ...i checked in sat and sun room was not ok...i got a 2 queen classic suite i told the front desk please give me an easy access room ...which she didnt .. she gave me 1085 which is almost at the end...fridge not cold.bathroom door is loose ,bed frame was stained black and the window curtain was stuck in middle...i got pics to prove it.a dining credit that we cannot use. So dissappointing rio hotel.
