  • My appt was for 4.30 pm. I waited an hour and there was no one else in the waiting room. The front desk assistant complained about patients with a nurse the entire time I waited. She was very rude and demanding. She got to my chart and kept complaining about having to reach insurance and was making fun of the brace that I needed. The front desk assistant continued to complain to the docotr about my problems and needing insurance. Terrible customer service!
