rev:text	I went in this dealership twice. Both were horrible experience. The latest visit was 2 weeks ago, I was inquiring about CLA250 Coupe. I understand it is not available yet, just want to know the latest ETA. The sales guy decided to show us their 'model' car - didn't realize it is a 'toy model' car. My goodness. Not only that, this sales guy use the old school intimation approach that he doesn't make money selling this car, if we really want, we could put down $500, and he might be able to hold a vehicle for us, otherwise we won't get a CLA until 2 years from now...we walked out right away!!! A week later, I visited the dealership downtown, much better, they put us in their system - shared among the GTA dealership - and walk us thru what information he has about the car right now....etc. Speechless about the service level @ Mercedes-Benz Markham
