I wish 0 or negative stars were an option! If you want to be left wondering if & when these people will ever show up, then use Volt!
My first appointment was scheduled through GE on a Sunday for an 8-12 window on Monday. I took Monday off work & it was pretty close to noon when I called them & was asked to reschedule. I explained I took the day off work for this & was told they were closed Sunday so they just relieved notification of my appointment. Fair enough...but they could have called me first thing & notified me they couldn't come during the 8-12 window. I should not have had to reach out to them. They came around 2. I was notified they'd order the parts & call me for an appointment when they were in.
Then...my parts were in & they made me an appointment for last Saturday, first thing in the morning. I explained I had somewhere to be at 10:30 & asked for the following Saturday but was assured I'd be the first stop. Well....maybe I missed something because they didn't show up & didn't call. When I called them, the voice mail was full on the line on their business card. I called another number & was able to leave a message.
On Monday, still no call back from them, I called back. I was told my parts had been put in the Tuesday bin which is why they weren't there on Saturday. OK....so perhaps quality control is an issue with the staff too. I made another appointment for Tuesday evening at 6:30 & once again, no show. I called at around 8pm & left a message.
This company is completely unorganized & unprofessional. At this point I'm ready to call the manufacturer customer service & get this job reassigned to another vendor before my warranty expires.
