  • I want to be nice because the seamstress here is charming and funny and sweet, and when she does things right she does them well. But there was a mistake on all three of my slacks alterations this last time around, and at $30 each I expect better. She hemmed one pair that I didn't want hemmed (just needed a pocket fixed), took out the waist on two pair that I didn't want her to, so now they're too big. The manager is non existent, literally, there is nobody who claims the role. I will be going back for a refund and will change my review if they resolve things to my satisfaction, but until then, I would recommend finding a different place for your alterations.
