  • There are so many places to stay in Las Vegas! Why would anyone stay here? It's pathetic. This place is mainly a timeshare. Should you subject yourself to the 2 hour high pressure sales pitch? Yes, but only for the entertainment value. It is a circus! My wife and I were curious so we sat for it. We had six separate people try and get us to buy. It was a never ending parade of sleazy guys with ill fitting suits sans a tie, with gold neck chains visible under their open collars. These guys are desperate! Think of people who aspire to work their way up to small lot used car sales. Why would anyone pay $20,000 for the privilege of paying an annual fee, for life of approximately $1000 per year (subject to inflation increases) for a one week vacation stay every year in a low end resort? If you don't want to stay at that property after you pay the above amounts, you also have to pay an additional $209 to stay at another property. Nah. I think I'll pass. In my experience you can stay in at at least 10 hotels in las vegas for a week without dropping $20 K upfront and spending $1200 for a one week stay. So be warned. This is a shark tank looking to take a bite out of gullible tourists.....but you can judge for yourself. Have fun, but only if you are not easily insulted or offended by sleazy sales people pulling out all the stops to get you to part with your money.
