  • Wow this probably was our best experience ever. Faith was so wonderful months ago when we first spoke on the phone. Then We met her in person while she checked us in to our cabana. She was very friendly and accommodating. It Really started the experience off right. Faith gave us to Janis and Juan. Talk about amazing !!! They were both so attentive to our needs and really made our experience VIP. We also met David who was beyond awesome and gave us so many things to do in Vegas We had never been able to do in the past. We were lucky enough to have a cabana for a second day. We then meet Jewel and Joe. Once again we truly had the best service. Jewel was so sweet and really cater to our every need. Joe, who we met the day before because he hooked us up with some great events as well. He so impressive during the storm. He kept everyone safe & calm yet, we still had a blast. We have been coming to Vegas for 15 years but, this was a special trip for my daughter's 22nd birthday. All the people that we encountered at the flamingo pool really impressed us more than ever before. We do venture off and go to other pools but, I don't think in the future we will. As long as you continue to have wonderful people like this working for your company. We will always be loyal to the flamingo and all the fun it has to offer! And did I failed to mention the pool itself was beautiful. Perfect temperature and so clean, the music Kept everyone dancing, drinks were so delicious and the food very tasty!!! Thank you Flamingo we look forward to our next trip back.
