  • My husband and I were in Vegas for a week and wanted to end our trip on a high note so we decided to come to Le Cirque on our final night. Everything was outstanding from the food, to the service, to the presentation of the meal. It was also our anniversary that week, and the staff really went out of their way to make us feel special. My husband and I arrived and were warmly greeted by the hostess who said Happy Anniversary. Our waiter promptly came over to our table and also said Happy Anniversary. He was very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. He saw me taking photos of everything and volunteered to take our photo without me having to ask. He answered every question we had about the menu. My husband ordered this delicious drink in a big pineapple shaped copper Moscow mule type mug and it came with a macaroon on top. Someone comes over with 4 different kinds of bread for you to pick from. The coffee chocolate bread was to die for! I had seconds it was so good. We went with the 3 course prix fixe menu. I ordered the Maryland blue crab with caviar, the rabbit symphony, and the chocolate molten ball. I was hesitant about getting the crab because it was an extra $65 charge, but the couple next to me talked me into it by saying it was very good. Our waiter asked if I knew there was a supplemental charge before I ordered it, which I knew but I appreciated it because sometimes people don't catch everything that is written on the menu. I told my husband he should order the oxtail because it was something we didn't normally have, but he decided against it when our waiter told us it was a supplemental charge. That one I didn't catch, I thought it was only for the ribeye, so I am glad he told us before ordering it. My husband ordered the snails and lamb instead. All our food was delicious. Our waiter even told us to have our camera ready to take a video of the crab when it came out when they poured the smoke over it, the presentation was amazing. I was expecting caviar to be really fishy but it was surprisingly not at all. It blended really well with the crab and avocado. My rabbit was very tender and flavorful as well. My chocolate mousse ball with hot chocolate ganache poured over top of it was another great presentation as well that I got on video. I decided I wanted to switch seats with my husband during the meal because I wanted to sit on the long sofa and not a chair and one of the workers was nice enough to give me a pillow to sit on cause I was a little short for the table. We got a copy of the menu signed Happy Anniversary from the executive chef. We also got a complimentary box of truffles and 2 plates of macaroons with some kind of gumdrop. I also asked our server to take our picture again before we left and he did it without hesitation and until we were satisfied with our photos. Everyone here really went above and beyond to make our day special and we enjoyed the whole experience.
