  • I got my original glasses at this store and had a great experience. Quick, great prices (2 pairs for $200). However, upon returning a couple years later for prescription sunglasses, something has changed. Ordered prescription sunglasses on December 6 and was told they would be in 7 days later. Call 7 days later to ask if they're in. They struggled to even find my file. Had to ask my name like 4 times, then my phone number. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes, I'm finally told they're not ready yet, tints take up to 10 days and would call me when they're ready. So, I wait. When I had not heard from them by December 31, I call them back and get the same run around about them not being able to find me in their system. Another 15 minutes later and I'm told I can pick them up that day after 1pm. I say I can't come in today (I live 40 mins away) but will come in later on the week to get them. So I come in today (January 2) and they run around the store for 10 minutes being like "are you sure we called you to say they were ready?" To which my answer was "no, I called you!" (Did your job for you there and you're still failing). Finally she finds the glasses and comes out to tell me I have to wait 15 mins for then to get them ready....what?!? I thought they were going to be ready after 1pm on December 31? Fails. Just so many fails. Considering these sunglasses cost me $70 out of pocket (and my insurance company $150), I am appalled at the service. I will NOT be coming back and will warn others against it. Might as well go to budget glasses places, the service is probably better!
