rev:text	I've visited this Canadian Tire about 100 times at this point, usually out of necessity or convenience. Rarely because it's a good option. This three-floor location is a bit of an enigma because the downstairs automotive section is a significantly more pleasant customer experience than the upper two floors: Staff is generally lax, unwilling to help, hard to find and disinterested. Sometimes you'll find other customers roaming the aisles, looking for assistance. You'll roam with them for up to thirty minutes (no exaggeration) at times. Then, when someone does show up to help, they do the bare minimum. They tell you the aisle something is in and end it at that. If you insist, they'll take you to the item, but not before their body language tells you it's something they'd really rather not do. On the plus side, I spoke with one of the managers at this location once--Roberto--and he was absolutely wonderful. Comprehensive and helpful in every respect. Unfortunately, that one experience isn't enough to boost my rating to multiple stars. The cumbersome experience I've come to expect from this location stems from a hundred+ vists. Unless and until drastic changes are made and I see better service consistently, my opinion will be difficult to sway. Also Canadian Tire is expensive for most (but not all) products. Try to look for things on special and for certain brands that are a quarter of the price of regular products. The tools in bins on the North-East corner of the main floor come to mind (don't recall the brand, just grey packaging, I think this past the back of aisles 23-26).
