rev:text	Why is it that when I said to friends & acquaintances that I'll be flying Delta, I get facial grimaces & smirks all the time?? Now I know why. Getting back from a trip, upon boarding this airline, I found my assigned seat littered with some crumbs. Since passengers were flowing in, I didn't want to be on the way & couldn''t find any stewardess on that part of the cabin, I just cleaned the seat myself. The bottom left corner of the seat in front on me was apparently broken with a hard plastic jutting out (forgot to take pic of it). It hit the lower part of my leg when I repositioned my legs. Good thing I was wearing pants & didn't bruise myself. How they board passengers is a mess. I know that in any job, there should be no discrimination in all aspects. But the company should at least tell their stewardesses to be more 'presentable'. One had her hair in a disheveled style; one looked like she just jumped out of the shower, combed her hair, no make up, looked pale. C'mon now - an airline represents the country where it's from; really?? When I was getting sleepy, my left foot was jutting out in the walkway a little bit. Now that maybe my fault but for the stewardess to just tap me kind'a hard on my shoulder without even saying anything like, "Excuse me, please move your foot in" is rude! She continued to walk without saying anything! The only fair thing I could comment is that when our flight got delayed & missed the connecting flight, the agent who re-booked us was nice & worked hard on finding us the earliest possible flight. Apart from that, I WILL NOT ever fly this airline again! There are others to choose from. I recommend Korean, Asiana, Virgin.
