  • I want to start out by saying thank you. I want to say thank you for the previous air conditioning company who ripped me off thousands of dollars in previous repairs. Without that company, I would have never found Definitive Air. I would have never been introduced to the company that will service all of my air conditioning units until they call it quits, or I die. Mike and Carol are the most honest and courteous people I have ever meant in my life. I had a quote for thousands of dollars in repairs. Mike fixed it for $85. The other company told me I would need a new unit because my six year old unit is falling apart. My unit has ran since Mike's $85 fix last year, no issues at all. I was told if I was to buy a new unit it would cost 12K. Mikes quote, less than 7K. Carol listened to the problems I was having and took the time to explain the process and what to expect. She was very kind and helpful. This is how a family business should be ran. This is the perfect company.
