  • Gave them my business for a complete shocks & strut replacement. Not because their price was the best; because it wasn't. I simply took the more convenient time option. WISH I HADN'T!! Monroe struts and shocks were place on my vehicle which included a $60 rebate. All Monroe Company needed is an invoice with the actual part names included. Believe me when I say; "THESE GUYS COULDN'T EVEN PROVIDE SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AT THAT!!" The invoice had some generic Big O part number on it, as a result I lost out. I hope this Big O and particularly this shop enjoyed that $500 job because never again will their be another from me.
