  • This is the third time I have used this company. I had a service call for one of my tenants that the AC was not working. I called their office at 7:00 in the morning, the technician arrived at the house at 10:00 that same morning. There was a problem with a wire harness that needed to be replaced. Because they had serviced the unit within a year they performed the repairs free of charge, parts and labor. Not even a service call. Fantastic, honest customer service. This is a family company that cares about their reputation and does a great job. I could not be a more satisfied customer.
