rev:text	After buying from Findlay VW & Honda before it only seemed right to buy here. Never again. I'm thoroughly disgusted by the people employed at this dealership. My salesman was Don Granger...he was great. No issues with. Ralph Sotelo in Finance, is an ass. Besides being insulting & condescending his behavior & "customer service" is the equivalent to that of a pig in shit. He doesn't talk with you, he talks AT you & actually thinks by talking over you he's more intelligent & "right." He lies, oh does he lie, and has no problems lying. (This is the same jerk who demanded I resign my papers at the last minute, on June 30, to close their month & promised me a free tank of gas if I came in. I came in, and never got the "free gas.") My temp plates expire TODAY, the 25th. As of 2pm today I'd not received a call letting me know to pick up my green slip. On July 12, 16, & 20 I was there asking for it & the front desk told me it wasn't ready. The girl I spoke with said 1) it wasn't in the drawer, 2) it was upstairs & she'd call me back, 3) upon realizing my name said it was misfiled and they mailed me a letter on July 22. Then she transfers me to Ralph who said it was ready since July 15! So twice since its been ready I've been in asking for this document that was there, yet they didn't have. This dealership service & handling of matters suck. It really does, and you'd do best to buy elsewhere & save yourself the headache & hassle of rude, disrespectful, incompetent people.
