| - Came to Las Vegas for extended business, so why rent an apartment or pay for a hotel? These types of venues would seem to be a a great opportunity for both customer and owner, but the truth is way different. Many properties, this one included, are beyond rundown, with many full-time residents having no other option, as they are receiving disability, welfare, and who knows what else. The space I inhabited for several days, while very conveniently located, was a filthy, cigarette-burned sewer, with no WiFi to speak and very little in the way of smiling customer service. I finally transferred to a different brand of the same type of lodging, which was much better on all counts.
Siegel Suites? Only if the Earth is on the brink of extinction, and even then... NO.
