Great service department but when it comes to sales department, the most high pressure unprofessional group of people. They stare at your wife in a perverted weird manner... every time we'd turn around, this weirdo with short black hair was leering around his computer watching my wife's every move... then they don't want to look for a car that you really want... they want to sell you a car that they have in stock... I have still yet to receive the answers to my questions on packages and options because I wasn't sold on the only two they showed me on a computer... this was my second and final attempt at shopping for cars at crossroads... when I'm looking to buy a nearly 50,000 dollar mustang, it's going to be exactly what my wife and I want... I even considered a Shelby and inquired about that and didn't get anywhere... now we're talking 70-100 grand... I get told that I'm wasting his time and he's not looking up anymore cars for me??? Ok!!! They need a lesson in professionalism and respect... and they need to learn that the customer is always right and if you want a sale, you do the legwork... lazy and pathetic... never again!!! I'll stick with the service department... they at least know how to treat a customer...
