  • Ambiance of the Nail Salon was nice; however, I didn't get the opportunity to experience the services offered due to poor customer service. I arrived at 5:25 on a Monday, I was the 2nd of 4 ladies who came into the salon about a minute behind each other. After 20 mins of waiting no one asked what services we wanted or how long the wait would be. One person did stop to take a 5th person who came in and had an appointment at 5:30 but the other 4 of us were never address within the 20 minutes that I wasted waiting before I decided to leave. I understand all the nail Techs were busy but customer service goes a long way especially with so many Nail Salon options to choose from in the Steele Creek area!
