  • Where to start? Went in looking for 2017 Avalon. 1. Total bait and switch. Good deal on the General Manager less than 1000 mile car. Wheels totally scratched up which = perfect condition to them. 2. Total finance scam - were relentless to get SSN's to run credit, we were cash buyers. The scam is they are checking to make sure you are not a terrorist. All they are doing is trying to do is push there own finance so they get kickback from the bank. 3. They refuse to stop calling after walking out, buying at a different Toyota dealership for thousands less AND telling them to stop calling me! Bring a 'telephone restraining order' with you if you go into this dealership. Total waste of time if you are a serious buyer. Run, don't walk away from doing business with these guys..... my skin crawls just writing the review.
