  • This place is great for the people who want no supervision on hcg. Came in, had my initial appointment. She took my blood pressure and waist measurement. Was not weighed. Was told by Dr. Skelton that when I was nearing the end, she would explain how to go through how to come off of hcg because there was no way I would remember the instructions if she told me at my consult. Left with HCG and paid extra for the weekly B12 shots. Marie at the front desk was very supportive and excited for me to start the process and told me that if I had any questions to email her and she would respond. I've emailed her 3 times. Once to ask a question on my first week. No response. Once the following week after my B12 shot as she assured me that she checks her emails on the weekend. No response. And once to find out how to finish the process and schedule an appointment if need be. No Response. Even called on Thursday only to find they were closed. Thank goodness for Google because this place does not give the support that I expected and that other places give. Thumbs up for it actually working though! 16# and 12" lost in 21 days!
