  • I have been putting off writing this review for years because this was my original planet fitness and I so badly wanted to see them win but I can't hold it in anymore. This planet fitness is TRASH and to be quite honest I've been to 7 planet fitness locations and this one is the worst. For starters, it is cleaned the least out of every Pf I've visited aside from the one in Belmont (which STINKS) they do not have a stair climber, which is also a big drawback. Staff is less friendly and interactive than any other location aside from the wonderful man who works nights and does a lot of janitorial stuff he is fantastic I don't know if he's still employed there. But these problems are minor compared to the big kahuna: the locker rooms. the women's locker room is a sad, sad place. The showers SUCK, what provoked me to write this review as I stand waiting for my self tan to dry is the showers. I just took an ice cold shower, not by choice. After literally one minute of heat the water turned icy cold and there was no getting the heat back. TWO of the other showers had broken handles so I couldn't even use those instead. I would have just not showered but I have somewhere to be so I shivered my way through that horrible shower. The water pressure is like an ant peeing on you. There are NO HOOKS ANYWHERE in the locker room, none for you towels outside the shower, none for your clothes or anything in the dressing room. What??? How hard is it to install one single hook in the dressing room? I have to sling my towel and clothes over the divider. Ridiculous. It's really not terrible to workout in but just don't bother showering here.
