rev:text	HORRIBLE, just HORRIBLE. Yes, it's a HUGE and SUPER spacious...but that translates into LONG and LOTS of walking to and from the hotel as well as within the exhibition center. The reason why I give this convention center 1 star is because the customer service is HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL here. GES and SES NEVER gets anything right or on time. Myself and others had to head back to the main office many many times to re-submit our orders and such. We didn't even get our electrical and furniture supplies to set up our booth on the first day of setup cuz supposedly there was a "PROBLEM". Not to mention, they have a very weird setup on restrooms and food and drinks (coffee) is overpriced and VERY limited. Nothing personal but as I was typing up a review on Excalibur hotel right now on the free Internet access they provide in the convention center lobby, one exhibitor next to me was asking a representative regarding a problem he faced with registration. Instead of helping out the trashy Asian American chick was basically mocking and NOT being helpful to the Hispanic man who was there for buying purposes. He explained his situation and what has happened but EVERY fucking time, she was "NO, YOU ARE WRONG, NOPE ABSOLUTELY NOT, YOU CAN"T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT" and just being a total bitch. It seems like she was having fun and enjoying the man suffer from the wrong registration he received or whatever and didn't help one bit. It was just so bad that it even made me angry listening to what she was saying to the man. Definitely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL
