  • Just some free advise for anyone contemplating doing business with this company. Don't ignore the negative reviews on this website like I did. They are absolutely accurate when they identified service, communications and quality control has major problems. I just finished going through a horrendous experience with First Impression and experienced all the major problems mentioned in other reviews. Avoid them like the plague. I don't know how they are still in business.
