| - This is the 3rd time I go for an RMT massage, Yvonne was great but I just found out she went back to school at least I was told so.
I`ve been in many spas from Novo, stillwater to senses, rain.... the only reason i kept going was because of the excellent massage The place is very small and you can hear everything between rooms: the phone ringing,ladies cleaning bowls, customers, employees speaking cantonese loudy...
You are not invited a glass of water at least.
The appointment system on line in ther website doesnt work properly. I made the appointmet on line for today thinking everything was okay when I arrived the place Judy my RMT was surprised as she didnt see any appointment in the system and mentioned they experienced a lot of issues... why is up in the website: unsolved mistery!!!
My appointment was for 4 oclock however it started 5 occlock because of the system.... and i was late 12 minutes ):
I had the worst experience ever when my massage was interrupted more than 3 times cause the other ladies needed Judy to tell them where some stuff was... I just couldnt take it anymore, once its okay... the other lady works at another location and doesnt know where the paraffin is (i was told), but 3 times!!!
I decided to stop the treatment and asked Judy to leave the room to dress up and leave. I told her I wouldnt pay for the treatment as it was unacceptable the lack of quality and respect
She was nervous and concern not because of me but how the manager would react and if she will pay her I told her I can talk to her, I tried but unfortunately her english didnt help, so judy translated for me that she wanted me to pay at least $20 which I refused
I am so sorry for Judy, she was performing a good massage however the circunstances were awful.
I wont go back to this spa and wont recommend doing it... I dont think you are missing a thing ):
