If you value your sanity, do NOT live here. The fire alarm was pulled at least once a month or went off because someone filled their apartment with smoke. You knew it wasn't a fire since you could smell the weed all through the halls. I woke up one morning to find a man's clothes, underwear and all, hanging in the tree branches outside my window. Apparently him and his girlfriend that live upstairs got in one of their lover's disputes, which happened all the time. The staff is about as worthless as they get. They are never there. My A/C constantly went out and they wouldn't do anything about it at night because it "wasn't an emergency" despite how hot it had gotten from being off all day while I was at work. Speaking of work, very few tenants have jobs. So prepare to hear college parties all night long.
And the trash (and I'm also applying this to some of the tenants). But this place never cleaned up. The trash chutes were constantly overflowing. Instead of taking the trash to the garage and putting it in the dumpster, people just threw their trash on the hall floor next to the trash chute. No one cleans up after their pets either.
I would personally rather live on the street than live here. The street is much cleaner and safer.
