  • This place is horrible! My husband purchased a .67 k anniversary band with 7 diamonds white gold approx 2 years ago. We recently went back to match that band for the other side. Of course they didn't have that one the gentleman helping us was trying to show me others that had only 5 stones I explained if they couldn't find the exact match I would not be buying it. The gentleman said let me look yours up and see if another store has it. He Cane back and said he found it but would take 15 days to get. While we were there we asked about getting my other ring re dipped ( its white gold) they said it would be 40.00 and we need to make appointment. So this Friday we were called saying it was in so my husband called and said we will be coming in Saturday to look at it and we would also like to schedule an appointment for the ring to be dipped the lady he spoke with said no problem just bring it in and we can do it no need for appointment. We went in on Saturday and the ring they ordered didn't match. He said he would call to see if they could custom make and how much it would be. What a joke they quoted us 1700.00 for a ring we paid 900.00 for. So of course we said forget it! He said let me look again to see if I can find another store that may have it, I thought this is what you did the first time. Meanwhile we asked while he is doing all this we said can we get the ring started ( for dipping). He went over to the jeweler and they both came over and said we wouldn't be able to do it today did we have an appointment? My husband and I were so angered and explained we called yesterday and the lady said no appointment needed there response to us was who did you talk to while he looked back at about 4-5 people lounging around and of course no body admitted it was me. My husband said I don't know and what does it matter because I didn't get a name are you accusing me of lying? So they agreed to do it in an hour and a half. We left when we returned and getting ready to pay the guy was looking up the amount and said that will be 60.00 here we go again we said no we were quoted 40 they said that's if you purchased the ring here and you didn't. We angrily explained we asked when we came in the first time and they knew we didn't purchase my engagement ring here and still quoted me 40 and that's what I'm paying! He walked over to ask a women if this was ok and she agreed. This place is ridiculous!!!!!! DON'T GO HERE SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION!!!!!!!!!! On a side note the only redeeming quality this place has is the jeweler Andy who does the work he knows what he's doing and does it correct my ring that was dipped looked beautiful and he even tightened a diamond for me that was loose.
