  • I'm just now leaving this bank and I was having a great morning until I would into this place. When they saw I was trying to cash a check they got rude right away saying they have to verify for me to cash it . (Remind you I've cashed a check a BOa check many of times and NEVER had to go through this ) and after I told her I just cashed another check from this same client a few days ago . They made me wait on the side for 20 min to get in contact with the owner .... no response, so the manager comes back and says , " they didn't answer but I did see that you cashed another check with this company so I feel comfortable enough for you to cash this check " . After that then I got treated like I customer instead of a criminal . Went from mean mugs and suspense to smiles , thank yous and even asked me if I wanted to open an account . I felt embarrassed I've never felt so uncomfortable at a bank . I will never step foot in BOA again doesn't matter if my Clients are banking with BOA I will cash else where. Especially the fact that BOA check still get charged $8 cashing fee!
