  • I know Apple is known for their great service but every time I go into an Apple store, I feel uncomfortable because they're always crowded and all the staff seems to be running around and extremely busy. I was at the store last week looking for an iPad Air but it was so chaotic and hard to find help that I just left and got it somewhere else. It might be nicer to actually have someone near the front greet customers and point them to where they need to go.
