  • I came in at 6:45 ready to adopt a dog and the man who was at the counter of the adoption center seemed to be in a rush. Another couple was looking at a dog when I came in. The employee denied me holding the dog because they were 'closed'. It was 6:55 and they close at 7. Meanwhile as I said my goodbyes, the other couple said they were ready to adopt a dog tonight, the man rudely said we are closed and began to shut off the lights and lock the door prior to us leaving. In a business of customer service and providing these dogs with homes, he proved to be a poor employee and I will not be returning.
