  • Vacation Savers! Chandler and his team are just amazing! Frankly, words can't accurately describe the phenomenal service they provided us when we were in a bind. Our vacation started off with a tire blowout on our RV about 30 minutes after leaving the house at 4am. AAA was unable to get anyone out to assist us and we finally found assistance on our own at 7am to swap the blown tire to the spare. Next stop...Discount Tire on Blue Diamond. That's when Chandler and TEAM jumped into action like Super Heroes! They assessed the tires on my RV and noted that several of the tires had a defect known in Michelin tires which likely resulted in the tire blowing out at only 8,900 miles. Beings that I'm not a fan of Michelin to start, this immediately confirmed my reasoning to not replace them with more Michelin tires. Chandler was more than accommodating to replace the defective tires for another preferred brand and I replaced the remaining tires as well to ensure all tires on the RV were new. Mind you, these were the original tires that are only a few years old and only have 8,900 miles on them. Thank you Chandler and TEAM for taking care of us and getting us back on the road for our vacation in under 2 hours total time!!! We really appreciate the care and concern that you showed us. You are my go to DT location now!!!
