  • I had to start up massage therapy again since being an ICU nurse does take a toll on your shoulders, back and well just about everything!! The dilemma I had was : do I go back to Massage Envy or try a new place? Massage Envy has too many revolving therapists and really felt like a piece of meat being shoved around every month so I quit them (yeah and that took an act of congress to do so!). I heard about Elements and they were having a new member special so I tried them and after 3 months, I am a fan!! I have used two therapists so far, Mathew and Juliana and both of them were fantastic!! I get the 55 minute session which for members is $59 a month or you can opt for 88 minutes which is more. Perks include a free upgrade on your birthday and other stuff. So far, this place has not let me down!
