  • I met Shane a few years ago when I was looking for someone local to do a hand swap on a watch of mine. I spoke to him on the phone first and arranged a time to come by the shop. He was very personable and welcoming, and definitely knows a lot about what he does. Mine wasn't complicated, just a quick change to a new set of hands on a quartz diver, and he had it done in minutes, and charged me next to nothing. As has been mentioned, he's a real character, and conversation topics ranged from watches to politics to mathematics and the economy. I would absolutely go back to him for anything else I need done.
