Ramen noodles were freshly made so every bowl comes out a bit different. The broth was really good and you can request extra items in your bowl. I also suggest ordering the matsukaze green tea. It had a nice refreshing taste and was perfect on the hot summer day! Be prepared to wait in line to get in though as this is a hot spot. We got here around 12 and waited about 30 minutes to be seated. It's a pretty small place but clean with emotionally friendly staff. They don't have a waiting room inside but there was plenty of seating right outside the restaurant. Not sure how it'll be come winter.
